Just wanted to say thank you for the very prompt and helpful customer service. I was very leery of doing this myself. Encouraged by a family member who is not even in the country to help me. What was I thinking, I would have to do this by myself! After asking Cellunlock many questions, which they answered very quickly. I eventually got the nerve to order the codes. I finally asked Cellunlock a few more questions.Again they answered them promptly. I eventually got up the courgae and very carefully followed there directions. The phone appears to be unlocked. It took all of 5 minutes to do it. We shall enjoy using our phone when we are away! Thanks again for your great service

Their communications is better than I could have ever hoped for. Instant replies and always very pleasant. When I had to return my phone for warranty I asked if there was anything they could do as I would need to unlock my new phone. Within seconds they replied to just send in the new IMEI number. I figured I would get some type of discount, but to my surprise, just seconds after I sent them the IMEI number I received a new unlock code AT NO CHARGE. Absolutely awesome! Am getting a 9700 in the near future and will be using these guys again immediately.

If you live in Montreal and are looking to unlock a Bell HSPA phone this is the easiest, cheapest way to do it: GSM Montreal charges 60$, Eaton center little kiosk 75$ and the one in Peel metro 80$. CellUnlock sent me an email within 45 minutes with clear instructions and all for 29.95$ (with my savings coupon from Crackberry forum). This was an amazing deal. Thanks again.

Skeptical at first |

I never unlocked a mobile device but I'm travelling to India and Bell charges $3.99/minute! Data is $50 per MB. Plus tax.
I'm skeptical about online sites promising too-good-to-be-true unlock codes. However, the detailed content here helped convince me that this site is legit.
The unlock codes (Bell requires two for the BB Bold 9700) arrived in minutes. There were specific detailed instructions for my phone but I ran into a snag when typing MEPD did nothing. I phoned and got voicemail. Had I been tricked?
In the meantime, I followed the rest of the instructions and they worked. I sent an email saying my voicemail could be ignored. I got a reply in minutes. They were about to call me. That's great service for a Saturday night.
I'm a believer!
