All you have to do is click on "Buy Now" and your network unlock code will be emailed to you as soon as it is ready. Just be sure to include your Phone Model and IMEI Number under the NOTES section of your Paypal payment.
Your IMEI Number is located on the back of your phone, behind the battery. If you cannot find the IMEI this way, DO NOT refer to the information on the box that your phone came in. Instead, power on your phone and enter *#06#. The 15 digit sequence that appears on the screen is your IMEI Number. Make sure the IMEI you provide is accurate as our unlock codes are IMEI-specific.
Before you commit to unlocking your phone, please be aware of the following:
· You are purchasing ONE unlock code per phone. If you need more than one unlock code, please be sure to adjust your cart and include every IMEI and phone model with your payment.
· Subsidy unlock codes are IMEI-specific and will not work on any other phones.
· Most unlock codes are processed within one business day or 2 days depending on the model. An email with your subsidy/network unlock code will be sent to you as soon as it is ready.
· A subsidy unlock code once entered, will allow you to use your phone on any GSM carrier anywhere in the world.
· Every phone will have a limited number of tries for entering unlock codes. We will not be able to refund your payment if you have already exceeded the number of tries.
· A subsidy unlock code is NOT the same as a sim pin or a user's personal code. We will not refund your payment if you block out your phone by entering other numbers instead of the unlock code we provide you.
· If for some reason, the unlock code we provide you is not accepted on the first try, please do not reattempt to enter the code again. Please contact us for further instructions.
